Business Hours
The online store is closed every Friday afternoon through Saturday night in observance of Shabbat. No orders will be processed during this time. The online store also closes in observance of Jewish Holidays.

Getting Your Order
There are three ways for you to receive your merchandise. You may pick up your order (at no charge) at our bakery, you may have your order hand delivered locally (for a nominal fee) or you may choose to have your order shipped via UPS anywhere in the United States.

Store Pick Up
Your order will be ready for you anytime after 10 AM on the designated day. If you need it earlier, please note your request in the special comments box and we will let you know if that is possible.

Local Delivery
We offer hand delivery throughout Los Angeles County. The delivery fee is based on your address and your order total. You may request morning or afternoon delivery (except on Fridays, when we only offer morning deliveries). Please note that Wedding Cake deliveries are more expensive than regular deliveries.

Shipping
Orders ship Monday through Thursdays. You may either request that your order ship on a certain day or we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Orders placed on Wednesday and Thursday ship the following Monday.

Discounts
We offer a 5% discount to Synagogues. Orders must be placed at least two days in advance and paid for with a Synagogue Check or Credit Card. At this time, Synagogue orders must be placed in person at our Valley Village Bakery.

Script
We accept Emek Hebrew Academy and Valley Torah script in the Bakery. At this time we cannot accept script in our online store.

Wholesale Customers and Caterers
We welcome Wholesale and Catering accounts. Please email us (info@continentalbakery.net) or call the Bakery (818-762-5005) for pricing information.

Special Orders
We welcome your special orders, but please understand that we may need additional lead-time and there may be additional charges.
